The tournament arrangements are now hotting up with a host activity now underway as AFC Woodham hosts its first tournament at Meadowbank Park on Saturday 25th July 2009.

Ray has been busy finalising the programme, and we are nearly ready ro go to print, we now have all ten teams confirmed.

The Teams are:-

New Latchingdon Pythons
Maldon Saints Oranges

Focus Ferrers Terriers
Maldon Saints Greens
Inter Vipers

If anyone can help the club by lending a Gazebo for the tournament, . please contact Chris to let him know, it would be appreciated.

Whilst we pray for good weather, the club has a plan in place to deal with bad weather, Most on the main setting is due to take place on the Friday, with pitches/car park areas being marked out on Thursday.

Anyone who has been allocated a side stallto run will be responsible for setting the stall up, including providing table/chairs if required. if you any queries please contact Chris.
