AFC Welcome Brad on Board:

AFC Woodham have recently appointed Brad Harrop to the coaching Staff at Meadowbank Park .


Brad joins us after steering Fennlands United to a fine mid table position in division 1 last season as assistant Manager. Brad will also be helping us out as our kit and equipment officer, making sure all club members are kitted out to perfection.


Club Chairman Chris Firminger added “ I am delighted Brad has come on board and take this opportunity to join us. Brad has done a fantastic job at Fennlands United and deserves a chance to work with top class facilities we have here at AFC Woodham. We had been tracking Brad for some time and made a move to get him on board in March, preparing for next season. Brad rightly so continued with his duties at Fennlands until the last game on Sunday, and now we can officially welcome Brad to Meadowbank. Also with Brad comes his son Luke, who has settled in very well and enjoying his new club. Brad will be completing his FA Level 1 coaching badge to comply with our charter standard policy.”


Cricket Day at Meadowbank:


Cricket comes to Meadowbank as AFC Woodham teams will lock horns for a fun match to be played on Sunday 10th May 2009. Proceedings will start at 12.00 am and we look to have things wrapped up around 3pm with a BBQ to follow afterwards at Meadowbank Park .

Presentation Evening Tickets Now on Sale :


Our Presentation evening is to be held on Saturday 13th June 2009 at South Woodham Village Hall, 7.30 till late. We will have a disco, buffet, raffle and presentations for all club players.


Tickets are now on sale and the club would be grateful if you could purchase these as soon as possible as we have limited numbers at 120 and this evening WILL sell out. We would also like to invite all new members to this evening, along with our young Superstrikers.

Prices have been confirmed at £ 20.00 for Adults and £ 5.00 for children.
